The witch in 11 days
Luteal Phase (Day 17–28)
🔸 What: Progesterone dominates, and the body prepares for menstruation.
🔸 Mood: Focused, but PMS symptoms like mood swings or fatigue may appear toward the end.
🔸 Frustrations: Irritability, low energy, or heightened emotions.
✨ Tips: Finish projects, set boundaries, and give yourself space.
🌿 Balance the Doshas:
Vata Dosha: Toward the end of this phase, heightened emotions and restlessness can aggravate Vata. Prioritize grounding rituals, like calming evening routines, meditation, and warm, nourishing meals (soups, root vegetables). Avoid excessive caffeine or erratic schedules.
Pitta Dosha: If Pitta is imbalanced, irritability and frustration can flare up. Cool the inner fire with soothing practices like journaling or nature walks. Choose cooling and anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric milk, leafy greens, and chamomile tea.
Kapha Dosha: As energy slows down, Kapha may feel heavy or stagnant. Combat lethargy by staying moderately active, incorporating gentle movement like yoga or stretching. Opt for lighter, easy-to-digest meals, avoiding heavy or overly sweet foods.
💡 Remember: Each phase is unique to you. By aligning with your doshas, you can find balance and flow throughout your cycle. 💕
I’ve been called “insane” and “witch” as an insult. I’ve been threatened with being sent to a mental institution because what I go through during these 11 days or more (imbalance) has truly made me see that we women don’t just live in this physical world—we exist in another dimension. We carry deep wounds from our foremothers, and we bear heavy burdens.
So, when you threaten me to “get it together” and be a “good girl,” this is NOT the time to say that—because I will explode.
I am so in tune with my INTUITION that I know when enough is enough. That’s when men need to be replaced, when I might need to move because it’s time to change my surroundings. You’ve been stagnant for too long—it’s time to step out the door and discover something new, maybe even leave your comfort zone.
But even more important is to slow down and be in a place where you feel safe enough to relax and land. Maybe a private room where you sleep alone, a cabin, a tent, or perhaps treating yourself to some luxury like a spa?
WE WOMEN tend to give to everyone around us all the time. That’s beautiful—if it aligns with your intuition. BUT if it comes at the expense of your well-being, then it’s wrong.
Ritual for this phase:
✨ Sacred Reflection: Light a candle and journal about what needs releasing before your next cycle begins. What emotions, habits, or thoughts no longer serve you?
🌿 Herbal Support: Sip a warm tea blend with chamomile, ginger, or raspberry leaf to ease PMS symptoms and calm the mind.
🧘♀️ Grounding Practice: Gentle yoga, breathwork, or a slow evening walk in nature can help soothe irritability and reconnect with yourself.
💆♀️ Self-Nurturing: Permit yourself to rest. Dry brushing, warm oil massages, or a cozy bath with lavender essential oil can support deep relaxation.
✨ Affirmation: "I honor my body’s need for rest and release what no longer serves me."
💡 Listen to your body—slow down, soften, and prepare for renewal.
Take care of yourself like the goddess you are!<3
Alot of love
