Pleasure in life can take many forms—whether it’s savoring a delicious meal, indulging in sensual experiences, or simply enjoying a quiet moment alone. Yet, more often than not, pleasure is primarily associated with sexuality.

This morning, I woke up with a clear sign: today is a day for writing. I made myself a cup of tea and returned to bed, completely naked. That feeling—the warmth of the tea, the softness of the sheets, the freedom of my bare skin—was an absolute pleasure in itself.
